Trivially easy take even at this score if the players are equally skilled. Only 9 men in the zone, and Blue has two feet down for an anchor. Blue's bar pt gives him good turn around potential.

The initial BG ELO system was set up so that a player who was 100 ELO better would be 60% to win a 13 pt match and if I recall correctly that the "Fish" book was based on that.

In your actual situation, I'm still taking this. True the dice matter lots and true that the opp is banging away as he should, BUT..if you survive the blitz, there's much opportunity for him to hack things up. You might feel better just passing this, but I feel that you should take vs an opp 100 ELO weaker.

Now vs an opp 200 ELO weaker and who you are sure will just blitz away, then it seems prudent to pass as he'll certainly head off to BK a few times later in the match.

Just my opinion here...based on experience and gut feel... I take
