Not a chance.

.240 is a ton of equity to make up on opponent considerations. At 100 points difference, your raw takepoint on a 2 cube is about 2% higher than normal. The gammon price is only about .05 higher than normal (.65 vs. .60). Your recube vig is smaller and your gammon wins are worth less, but those are pretty minor effects.

Even with the unrealistic assumption that your opponent will play the rest of this game as well as you do (and revert to fishiness afterwards), I estimate you gave up around .100 by passing.
