Blue can't win without hit and good board to contain that hitted checker. 8/5 7/6 is best for making 5pt but do nothing with back chechers. Blue doesn't affraid of gammons so is it correct to play 24/21 with back checkers aiming to hit something in the outfield or to sit on ace point and come into danger to crunch is board? I think that danger of crunching his board is minor because of three additional checkers to play with so I play 8/5 7/6.
