after 8-4 i think candidates are 20-16 and 6-2.. 13-9 leave mid and outer board completely to opp. also since 7 pt open opp always have chance to escape with 6 and we will squeeze in 20 if we play 13-9, so staying 13 pt seems must to me than i prefer 6-2 more gammonish and squeeze opp to give blots also score affect it
