(Neil)step anchor out to the 16 pt

I can't decide what my play is yet but that isn't part of my equation. Yes, I'm up in the race, yes, it's by a significant amount, but right now I'd like to pound that back checker if he doesn't escape immediately. To do that I'll need stones in the zone & an anchor in case things don't go as planned.

On top of that, I often see running off the golden anchor with 4s as a semi weak play when there are other real alternatives. It doesn't escape us, like 5s or 6s would, it simply gives us another point to clear and we've abandoned ship.

Stick

(Neil) interesting here, but I do think coming for home is most important here with the cube centered and a nice race lead. I do like pressuring the blot, but it often escapes or links on the bar pt. I think with the cube centered we should make a play that wins more total games. As strong as you feel I'd let you talk me into 4pt and 13/5 if playing dubs...but on my own I still step out the anchor inspite of letting opp make 5 pt
