2-Ply rollout

Here is the 2-ply rollout. I'm not sure how the truncation effects the rollout, and I don't know how to import a new MET into gnu. Gnu 15 is the best solution for me, I think--version 16 is not stable on my machine and does some weird stuff--

I guess the only thing I have learned during this exercise is that I still think a drop is at least reasonably close to OK--
