Not really a rollout rollout

Did you have a cube before this roll? Of course. You didn't cube, so why might that be ... because the person you're playing is a taker & overvalues 3pt anchor games. Even by clearing the midpoint you don't expect this person to pass.
Given that it's already likely a drop by a fair size, I'd cube it now, unless I was absolutely certain my opponent was taking later.
That being said and knowing it's D/P after either play, you make what appears to be the weaker play to such an opponent, and I believe that is 10/4(2) and cube next turn expecting him to take as you still have to clear the midpoint.
If he takes after either play, why don't I just make what is the strongest play cubelessly, which I believe is 13/7(2)? Also, are there market regainers (44? 55?) after 10/4(2)?
If I decided not to cube before this roll, my opponent should still be taking after 13/7(2). Otherwise I would have done better to cube this roll.
If I am the box in a chouette that includes players who will pass after 13/7(2) but take after 10/4(2), then I will play 10/4(2). But if that is the case then I would also have doubled before the roll.
