By no means is 'can't think quickly enough' an intelligence thing. The player I am thinking about has MS (I think), and is very intelligent, just slow to work through his options, and has some procedural problems. But very intelligent.

Also, the other player I am thinking about uses a wheelchair, and has no practical use of arms or legs. So, he has someone to roll his dice, move his checkers, and hit his clock (if being used). This naturally takes a little longer.
