gnu luck question

In Response To: OT interesting article (Havard Raddum)

Gnu collects two different numbers for us on luck, equity equivalent luck and match luck.

My question is this: which number does the bot use for its luck factor? If it uses the former then that number might not catch "dice cheating" if the cheating mostly occurs near the end of a match.
