Well, Mislav's link to the thread on this is pretty good.

I like Magriel, Robertie, Kleinman, et. al. Boot Camp is great, as is CBR and Praxis and New Ideas and Wiggins and so on.

I still haven't read Nack/Weaver's book, because every time I look at it, I think that I could get essentially the same thing on Stick's site, only with more rollout data. Anyone have any words of endorsement for someone like me?
