i dont understand many things about gnu error rate that sometimes i played analyzed and it says these ;

1850, advanced, 3.4 (snowie)

1940, inter., 5.0

1880, expert, 3.8

like these, rating, error rate and level dont correspond each other my mind confuses which one is right or best ???
