Matt writes: According to Brooks & Fogerlund's book, 65 is a close pass (.014), 64 is alternatively listed as a close take (0.008) and D/P (no equity listed), and 63 is listed as a pass (again no equity).

I see online reviews of Brook's first book BACKGAMMON’S BEST OPENING PLAYS & BEST REPLIES for MONEY and MATCH at http://www.bkgm.com/rgb/rgb.cgi?view+1232), but none for the Brooks/Fogerlund book BACKGAMMON MATCH DILEMMAS: THE FREE DROP. Brooks' website http://www.backgammonquizcards.com/book.html doesn't mention rollout parameters for the second book. What are they?
