Also, clearly for me here, hit and 13/11. You must hit. white only has a 2pt board, and you are up on the 3 and 4, so if you get hit back chances are good that you will anchor there.

I would be very tentative if the hit here had to be inside your board, giving opp the chance to hit two of your checkers.
