If GNU has saved analysis (/rollout) of your move, it will copy it. If you can see anything in the analysis pane, GNU will copy it. If you want to get rid of it, go to Analyze->Clear Analysis->Move.

Don't use the hint button.

As an addendum:

Q: How do I get rid of the dice on cube decisions?

A: Say Blue's dice are showing up. Set White to move (click on the White button at the bottom), then set Blue to move. Voila!
