Your board is weaker, the 4 point anchor is the best one around once he makes the 5 point, hitting leaves a ton of returns and doesn't really gain that much, White doesn't even have bad return 6s from the bar. Your blots are already exposed on points White wants to make and you need to clean them up before they get pounded on. 13/11 and 6/4 seem otherwise close, but 13/11 duplicates 4s and puts some pressure on the blot on the bar point.
