Okay, yeah, I'm lost.

Since this looks like a classic epc position I would evaluate this as follows: Blue has an epc of 7*6+1 = 43, White wastes about 7 pips for 47, point of last take = (43 - 5) / 7 = 5 pips behind. Of course this is somewhat problematic because the point of last take here is 4 pips and not 5 pips, which probably has to do with Blue's low variance.
