White has a strong holding position. If blue owned more points in the outfield, it might make sense to run for it here and break the anchor. As it is, though, I think that blue will have real problems trying to bear in, while White is improving his home board.

So, I think the choice is between making another landing spot with 13/7 8/7, or weakening White's holding position with 8/1*. I'll give the nod to making the 7, but the hit looks just about as good.
