BG room analyze matches ?

When cashing out, they only sent what I deposited at first. They called me and asked why I was cashing out telling me, that I currently got only what I deposited which I would get in any case. Does that mean, that I would not have received my money, if I had not answered, that I was going to cash in again after a backgammon break?

Additionally, their site and model and client is designed to disguise the size of the rake, the fee for withdrawals and to trick you into playing games you did not intend to play.
