http://www.baseball-reference.com/leaders/OBP_career.shtml puts him at position 208 and that is with requirement of at least 3000 PA. You know these things are not hard to find?

You also go up to the plate and bat when the manager tells you to. So if you strikeout it is on the manager and not you?

I agree it is likely his baserunning broke up a lot of DP.
