Peter G. has obviously never heard of Hickey's Postulate, which states: There is no such thing as a won race! You can rely on this absolutely, as it is backed up by a prepoderance of anecdotal evidence, including of course Neil's hard luck story in the thread below.

6/5*/3 for me here. It's not just about avoiding losing races, of course...despite being unlikely, a gammon isn't completely off the radar here.
