I used to admire Gary Kasparov until he refused to finish a game of Chess in progress with Neil (our own Last Chance Luckbox) when he learned that Neil is a Chess Expert.

What's the story here? Was he playing a simul?

I am not clear on the usual rules for simul exhibitions but I believe that the rules are that players rated 2000+ can play as long as Garry is informed about it beforehand.
