It's close, and the rollout isn't yet conclusive but it tells us enough that at worst the plays will be close...

I don't think it tells us that. Looking at the live cube equities:

6/1 4/1: -0.294 ±0.026
8/3 6/3: -0.331 ±0.023

So the making the 1pt could be as good as -0.268, while making the 3pt could be as bad as -0.354, a difference of 0.086. At worst, I'd say, making the 3pt (my choice also) could be close to a whopper.
