I see somewhat of a disconnect between your previous post urging original source material and the link to the wikipedia article. But let's go with the info from that. He did not pursue legal action, he had his reasons but I am not sure if his decision is good in the greneral scheme of things. Regardless of his choice, isn't an attack like that criminal even if the attacked does not wish to pursue charges?
