6-3* looks good, safe bold criteria says play bold here.. but 13-9 seems better i guess since his pts are stripped and force him to break pts, his only escaping number is 4 if he couldnt escape then he must break and give another hit chance .. if there were checkers at stripped pts except 19pt then 6-3 is better.. for this position 13-9 seems better to me..
