Standard 21/10 (lover leap although looks natural usually is wrong in similar situations) leaves three blots in outfield for all 8s 9s and 10s (62 53 44 63 54 33 64) total 12 shots. Hit will be costly with our minimal racing lead.

Lover leap leaves 8s and 10s for total 6 shots but also leaves vulnerable back checker on 4pt. 11 22 44 42 total 5 more rolls play fine after which Stick has two more blots in outfield to picked up.

I don't like to be vulnerable on both sides and if White hits with 8s and 9s we have some returns from the bar. If he hits with 64 we also have 12 22 32 42 returns but need to release midpoint in order to hit.

Not sure but ten White's checkers into zone convinced me to get out of his 4pt although it leaves our junior somewhat isolated. After 24/13 position looks more compact with spare on midpoint and less blots on the board.
