After b/23 you are behind in the race, you have more men back, equal board strength, and an anchor. It appears a bold play is required. I'll hit 24/20, which leaves White very thin up front, and finish with 11/9.

Making the four point don't impress me much: White is likely make the five point and play two back versus three, with a purer board.
