Norm's position sucks and he's running out of time, so I think he's supposed to go for 13/9 5/4*. If you dance things can change dramatically. Getting hit back is pretty bad but it's only 20 numbers, vs. the 11 you would have after 13/8 (my second choice), or 16 shots after the actual 7/6 7/3.

Pretty sure you are basically forced to cube him if he plays that.
