Trapping is right more often than many people think. Here, though, I think I'd go with the 9 point. Blue is still behind in the race and is outboarded, so containment looks like the order of the day. White's 64 goes from being a rather good number to a rather bad one. With a broken 5 prime in place Blue can wait until White crunches off the 6 point and then trap under more favorable circumstances. This does give White a few jokers to pick and pass, but there's not too many of them.

The score throws me a bit as I'm sure 21/17(2) 6/2(2) is the play at GG, but I don't think you are close enough to GG yet.
