EARLY Sunday AM prop in Peoria

Since this "prop" developed, the answer seems obvious to me. Blue must have won 0% of the games or the prop would never have been born.

The NEXT time blue loses this game though, it might take the computer a few hours to find it. A factor of ~2? 2 what? Thousandths? Hundred thousandths? Surely not percent!
