As Linda mentions, the details need to be developed. But, the general idea is to clock before the problem begins. And, that will frequently mean the beginning of the match. Linda was doing this whenever she saw a problem. What we want to change is to make sure that she sees the problem EARLY.

I'm not the TD. I'm just another player putting pressure on the TD. The TD will be the one making the decisions, not me. So, take my comments in that light. My vision is to CLOCK ALL MATCHES, except those matches which are clearly not causing delays. I see the critical period of time being right before and right after the Saturday dinner break. That's where TDs need to be more aggressive imposing the clock.
