IMO, Jeb Horton's progressive draw sheets are superior to those created by Butch, and they address the problems of replay of the same opponent in the consolation. They also handle how byes flow from sheet to sheet much better. He also has a good 48-draw that is superior to using a 64-draw when you have 33-48 players. (And a 96-draw as well.)

I used and think Progressive Last Chance makes much more sense and solves many scheduling problems normally seen on Sunday morning.
