Compared to winning a regular game for 82% MWC, white's gammons win him an extra 18% compared to losing 82% for losing the game. Thus white's gammon value is 18/82 = .22 This is less than the money play value of 0.5 The gammon valuee for blue of course is 0.

Those results make it a lot closer to DMP than it is to GS and you should in general just make the best play to win the game.
