Actually not true. I had 'clocks allowed' at the last South East Championships, not clocks required. At no point in the entire weekend did I have more than two clocks checked out at one time. (I think Jeb H. clocked all of his matches with his own clock.)

And the Atlanta tournament is not canceled. A new group has stepped up and will host the 'Atlanta Classic' in the first week of May in Atlanta in 2009.
