Position 1: 24-20x, 16-15. Hit to take away any chance of him winning frontwards, and if does get a shot he might not have made the 5 point by then. Worth giving him some potential timing back.
Position 2: bar - 21x - 20x. Hit two and you will clear the bar point while he is on the bar. The 6 forward checkers will not coordinate well with the 9 back checkers so I don't worry about giving it more timing. 6 is not a good amount to have up front with split forces. With fewer you could have a chance of walking an outside prime, and with more you could get lucky with beginnings of a forward prime while stragglers catch up.
