Progressive vs. traditional Last Chance

Make it a progressive last chance. I think you'll have more participation. A number of players who flush out of consolation early decide to go home early rather than sit around for last chance on Sunday morning -- and they usually don't tell anyone, so waiting for their forfeits to kick in further delays things.

The downside is that it may cost a few room nights at the hotel but I don't think that will be significant. Most that skip it are local. Many out-of-towners don't want to pay a change fee with the airline on their flights.

Speaking of flights, a progressive last chance and the use of clocks, will make it easier to schedule your return flight with a bit more confidence too.
