"Clocks Encouraged"

In Response To: Peoria time default and summary of issues (Matt Cohn-Geier)

I do hope that clocks will be allowed and encouraged in all divisions and in all side events, should either player request one. I definitely plan on purchasing one in Vegas and learning to use it.
