Clocks Allowed

I believe that the easiest way to start is to make all ABT tournaments “CLOCKS ALLOWED” (a clock will be used when either player or team requests it). If either player has access to a clock and wants to use it, the match will be clocked. I am taking my clock to LV and would like to use it in all of my matches.
