Reminds me of a trivia fact. The last two times I bought 1 team, two of the players reached the semi-finals. In Peoria, it was Steve Brown and David Rubin, who played eachother in the semi-finals. I was guaranteed to have one represent for me in the finals. Steve rolled 3 sets of 6s in 4 rolls to beat David, who is another player who is overdue to win an ABT event I think. Then Steve lost on a similar parlay when Tim tossed 3 consecutive sets of 6s in the finals after taking a bad cube.

The other time was Colorado, when Stick and Norm Wiggins reached opposite sides of the semi-finals. 25 % of the time I would have BOTH finalists! Jeremy Bagai and Alfred Mamlet had other ideas, sadly. Norm beat Stick and then folded up like a cheap pocket knife in the money round, sigh. I can't get a break.
