Barry them's fightin' words! Yeah I sure know how they've been playing, but I still think they can "win out" from here and then win the Rose Bowl or whatever. Then, it's next year.

Regarding the position, I still forget where his outfield checkers were but I'm sure his crossovers were long. That was what made your double better than the pipcount said. At that difference you expect him to have one or maybe even two extra crossovers, but when they're all big ones, he can't afford any early small rolls the way you can.
