This is tough at DMP and for money.

I wouldn't hit here. White is up 8 pips after the roll and Blue wastes somewhat more than White. Additionally he has to jump White's prime so he will be leaving a shot next roll unless he rolls a 6. Closed board plus a modest but winning lead in the race = play safe.
