Your club sounds exactly like a local club should be, and the local clubs that Bob Koca plays at are friendly and fun too. Bob just likes to point out improprieties, irregularities and loopholes, it is part of his inquisitiveness.

For example, here is a web page I worked up with clock rules for 2009 at my local club.

I made some modifications to the ABT rules specifically to try to ward off potential questions from Bob. I owe a beer to whomever posts first (other than Bob Koca) what question I got from Bob about one of my modifications. Brand new posters here are ineligible because I'll assume that would be Bob with a new userid trying to get the beer.
