Theres 3 problems for white. 4pt, 7pt and 24pt. Blue has a take, this I am sure of. White doubling, I am much less convinced - although I think that if white had an extra builder for the 4, or one of the back checkers running (3rd quad for white), then as white, I would be much happier.

As a practical question, since I would imagine that blue would have a tough time over the take or pass, I would offer the cube anyway. The window closes very quickly in these positions, and I would rather a small error on cube now than a sequence of 4 or 5 larger ones later.
