I also would like to know where I went wrong.

Interesting how 13/11 3/2 beats 13/12 13/11. Shows the importance of diversificaiton. I have seen problems, probably from Kleinmann where wasting a pip inside is best, but I wonder if there is an example with more than a roll to go.
