Strong board + anchor say play bold, ahead in the race says play safe. I think Blue may find this difficult to bring home without the bar point, but it's not like he has a whole lot of clean covers. He is willing to break the midpoint but he doesn't really love breaking the midpoint, and is forced to cover rather than run next time.

I still go for 13/7 6/4, I think. Pretty sure I have not seen this position because I think I would remember it.
