Yeah there probably is a better term than "clock insistable" but it, with just two words, makes my point that either player may INSIST that the match be played with a clock.

My appologies that my command of the minutia of the english language isn't good enough to come up with a better term.

I do think that a better term will soon be proposed by our diverse base of smart people here.
