Can't we come up with better terms than "clocks allowed" and "clocks optional"

In Response To: Can't we come up with better terms than "clocks allowed" and "clocks optional" (Matt Cohn-Geier)

This is what I had in my Tournament Conditions at the last SEBC:

"7. "Clocks allowed" events permit a Bronstein time clock to be used at the request of either player or team. "

If you define it in the flyer, there shouldn't be any confusion.
