MFIC: I am already using "all matches will be clocked" in our SUPER-32 (masters) for December 2008.

Patrick Gibson has been a leader among directors on the ABT with respect to clocks. Long before people have been discussing these issues on a regular basis, Patrick has been pushing clock use, and doing so aggressively. I wouldn't be surprised if the MFIC is the first to institute "clocks mandatory" on the Open level for a non-Swiss tournament.
