Stick Fubars Move 3? - 43D-52S-62?

How can any move Stick made here be considered a fubar? Didn't you play 1.5 in this match or something?? If you make the bar and it is right to make the 4 point, so what? Or vice versa. I certainly don't "know" what the right play is myself, you are still allowed to win if you make the wrong play, and quite often lose despite making the best one. Is there a third play I didn't see?
