Clocked matches and penalty points

I don't mind Bronstein + penalty points or just starting the clocks after ~15 minutes, either is good, I think. In a 9 point match you would lose after 5 penalty points, so 40 minutes. You would lose after 33 minutes if you started the clock. And you can still play a decent game of backgammon with little time left on the clock. This would lead to people rushing their way through a full 9-point match rather than playing at about the same pace and trying to come back from -5,-9.
