Is his TP here higher or lower than 32%?

Since he wins less than normal from GG, his TP must be lower than 32% (28.5% on JT100 tables). But how many less games than normal does he win from here?

ELO-adjusted match decisions are very poorly understood, IMO, much worse than ELO-adjusted money decisions.
